The screw is the core component of the extruder, and its structural design and working principle have a decisive influence on the extrusion effect. By precisely controlling the heating and cooling rate and time, it can be ensured that the material remains in a stable molten state during the extrusion process.
Control system: The control system of the extruder adopts advanced automatic control technology, which can monitor and adjust various parameters in the extrusion process in real time, such as screw speed, heating temperature, cooling rate, etc. By precisely controlling these parameters, the stability and continuity of the extrusion process can be ensured.
Continuous and uniform extrusion has an important impact on the product quality of PVC wood-plastic composite particles. On the one hand, continuous extrusion can ensure the uniformity and consistency of the particles, so that the physical properties and chemical stability of the products are guaranteed.
